  1. Heat 4 to 5 cups of water and dip cabbage leaves in to it for some time, later, remove excess hot water
  2. In a mixing bowl take boiled mashed potato, green peas, finely chopped onion, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt to taste..mix well and prepare stuffing
  3. Take a cabbage leaf and put sufficient ready stuffing on it
  4. Fold it by closing it's ends in to a envelope or roll, like wise prepare all the rolls, it can be secured with toothpick also
  5. Place all the rolls in a oven proof dish, add a cup of water to dish and cover all the rolls with some more cabbage leaves
  6. Bake it for 15 to 20 minutes on 200 degrees
  7. Ready rolls
